You were born with all the equipment for sex. You don't need to buy anything, except some condoms for safety reasons, which are not that expensive.
If you are making safe sex, you are not risking your life, like in extreme sports, though you are having lots of fun and adrenalin.
Sex makes people close to each other. No question about it. When you have good sex, or even bad sex, you become closer to the other one, and that can be somehow for your whole life! Some good friendships begin with sex (or right after).
Sex makes people healthy. There are plenty of medical literature showing that.
Sex makes people happy. Remember your mood the day after a good night of sex with your loved one (or even with someone else). And also this fact is validated by research in psychology.
And finally, sex gives you some minutes/hours of the most intense, incredible, amazing, wonderful, marvelous pleasure that someone can enjoy in his/her life. Even my mothers' food is not so good!
In other words, you are crazy if you cannot enjoy and love sex!
