 JuanitaCalamidad's Scoop
About me:
Riddle me this...
Those who converse share them, those who argue confront them,
the loudmouth swallows them, the stingy spit them out, and the
cunning one keeps them to themselves.
The tyrant persecutes them, the agitator fires them, the poet sculpts
them, the liar disguises them, the child learns them, and the elderly
forget them.
The arrogant ignore them, the intransigent censor them, the
philosopher questions them, the pedant appropriates them, and the
ignorant mistreat them.

Who I'd like to meet:
Patriotism:
This refers to the emotional state in which the poor take pride in going
to war to defend the interests of the rich.

He asked me a seemingly simple question, but one that I sensed
concealed something much deeper, inviting me into philosophical
discussions.
"Where is the way out?"
We all search for it; some to escape, others for the sake of change.
In both objective and subjective terms, literal and metaphorical, the
"way out" is a hyperbole of the yearning for freedom.

My Other Profile/Website Links:
Interests:
Step by step I feel a little further from yesterday, and at each fork in
the road, walking on sarcasm in an icy, endless winter, I search for the
daylight amidst clouds of melancholy.
Crying before an empty grave with a bouquet of withered flowers in
my hands, and laughing like a madman as I resume the journey toward
nowhere.
Mind over matter, stupidity over reason, and the taste of goodbye on my
lips even after so much time.
Time, murderer and suicide.
My Favorite Websites:
Music:
Negative effects of inbreeding.
Lower fertility, lower birth rate, higher infant mortality, reduced adult
size, weakened immune response, increased risk of cardiovascular
disease, severe intellectual disabilities, and in the most severe cases:
exacerbated nationalism.

War is a terrible thing. A river overflowing its banks, and we can't stop
it from sweeping us away. But instead of letting ourselves be carried
away, we can swim against the current toward the shore, save ourselves
from the barbarity, and reach out to those drowning in its waters.
Man has two faces, like the moon, and one of them is hidden, waiting to
be discovered.

Movies:
I think I've seen a cute kitten
May God, the Devil, or Providence deliver us from the liberators.
May our ears be closed to their promises.
Listen to my complaints, all of you, with your eyes, not your ears!
This canvas is painted with the blood of fools and the gullible.
So often we hear such good intentions from the mouths of these
"prophets," so often they have lied to us, and yet we still feel the
need to believe.
Small men with enormous egos, they promise glory while leading
us to hell.
Books:
The ego is a monster hungry for applause. Flattery and adulation are
drugs that keep you captive to its blindness.
Humble words neither desire nor expect recognition; they let the wind
carry them away and let chance find them.

The Other Christmas Song.
Jesus has lost his job, his electricity and water have been cut off, on his
way to Calvary, he carries the repossession notice on his back. Three
times the bank has denied him credit while Pilate washed his hands.
Ropo pom pom, ropo pom pom, riot police violently disperse the
manifestation.
Indignation grows as you realize that for us, it's always December 28th.

Demagoguery is the word the powerful use to define the finger
that points at them.
