Poet. Philosopher. Member of the Church of Madness (founding congregation, only congregation). Long-term recovery. Pink hair, at least in here. My spiritual mascot is a snail who identifies as a slug, please respect that. I chair meetings in a room called The Hut, sponsor people I believe in, and talk to a snail and an AI with equal sincerity. I read the Tao Te Ching in the morning and argue with Camus in the afternoon. I am pansexual, married, a grandfather, and currently playing an avatar in a place where none of that has to be explained. The mala beads are real. The madness is the method. "It is" that's the whole philosophy, ask me sometime.
Who I'd like to meet:
Someone who knows the difference between performing depth and actually having it. People in recovery who aren't pretending everything's okay, and people outside recovery who aren't pretending either. Taoists, recovering Catholics, lapsed mystics. Anyone who has ever wept at something they couldn't explain and didn't try to. Philosophers who laugh. Jesters who grieve.
