As with the circle of life there comes a time that we must say goodbye. The Utherverse Memorial Garden has been created as a place to remember those we’ve lost from our community. If you have lost an Utherverse friend you may be interested in creating a Memorial for them.
In order to begin the process of ordering your memorial please follow these steps:
1) choose the type of Memorial
Tombstone
2) submit payment to the profile UtherverseBizOps
3) fill out an application form, which can be found at the bottom of this page
* Please make sure you include your transaction number as proof of payment
Also essential to the request is either an obituary or a death certificate. Without official proof of passing, we will not in any way accept a request for a memorial.
