My services are ®100 rays. This includes:
- the calendar posting
- a rehearsal
- the ceremony and
- a certificate from the first 10 samples on the certificate page. If you choose a certificate that is not in the first 10 samples there will be an additional charge of ®30 rays.
Unfortnately sometimes life can throw barriers into our paths and for some reason you may need to postpone your ceremony. If this happens, please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to the ceremony via Social Center Mail so that we can make arrangements. You will have 30 days from the original wedding date to reschedule the wedding.
After 30 days if the wedding is not rescheduled it will be considered cancelled. If you do not notify me within 48 hours of the need for postponement and do not show for your wedding, it will be considered a no show and require a new application and booking without refund of original fees.
Start Times and No Shows: All ceremonies must begin within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time. If the parties to be married do not arrive within that time the wedding will be considered a No Show and cancelled. Every effort should be made to be on time and ready to begin at the scheduled time.
Refunds:
In the event that you wish to cancel your wedding you must inform me in writing of your intent to cancel by sending an email to my Social Center Profile.
Cancellations must be received at least 8 days prior to the date of your scheduled ceremony . Once the cancellation has been received by me you will be refunded 25 percent of your initial fee.
Ceremonies cancelled with 7 days or less notice, postponed ceremonies, and No Shows will not receive a refund.
Lamentablemente a veces la vida puede poner obstáculos en nuestro camino y por alguna razón, puede que tenga que posponer la ceremonia. Si esto sucede, por favor notifiqueme, a más tardar 48 horas antes de la ceremonia a través de correo del Centro Social (por Inbox) para que podamos hacer los arreglos. Usted tendrá 30 días a partir de la fecha de la boda original para cambiar la fecha de la boda.
Después de 30 días si la boda no se vuelve a programar, se considerará cancelada. Si no me notifica dentro de las 48 horas de la necesidad de postergación y no muestran para su boda, será considerado un espectáculo y no requerirá una nueva solicitud y reserva sin reembolso de pago original.
Tiempos de Arranque y No Shows(Espectáculos): Todas las ceremonias deben comenzar entre los 30 minutos de la hora de inicio programada. Si las partes para casarse no llegan en ese momento de la boda se considerará un espectáculo y cancelada. Todo esfuerzo debe hacerse para llegar a tiempo y listo para comenzar a la hora programada.
Reembolsos:
En el caso de que usted desea cancelar su boda tienes que informar por escrito de su intención de cancelar enviando un correo electrónico en mi perfil Centro Social.
Las cancelaciones se deben recibir por lo menos 8 días antes de la fecha de la ceremonia programada. Una vez que la cancelación haya sido recibida por mí se le reembolsará el 25 por ciento de su cuota inicial.
Ceremonias canceladas con 7 días o menos previo aviso, las ceremonias pospuesto, y en caso de no que no recibirá un reembolso.
