Here's a little something to get you started in your trek through the Virtual World Web. Remember, some of the stuff listed below is still under development.
If you've not already, we'd recommend kicking everything off going through the tutorial which is here:

that are linked together in the same manner that regular websites create the current World Wide
Web now.
Each VWW will have a Transport center that can be partially configured. A VWW WorldMaster*
will be able to modify their “Rules of Conduct” and a couple Image placeholders within the
transport centers. They will also have access to direct half of the remaining exits (transport
pods) to wherever they wish, at their discretion.
Transport centers will be designed in templates of 3 (FREE), 5 and 7 and 9 exits. Utherverse
will always control half of the pods within a transport center. The monthly cost increases as
more pods are added.
The main exit from a transport center will land a user in the Branded Virtual World that they
downloaded. The other exit in all transport centers will lead to the Utherverse “Universal
Welcome Center” which is owned, managed and operated by Utherverse.

This will be used for affiliate cross marketing and heavily for brand recognition later on in
marketing.
VWW Traffic and Navigation
All users, regardless of the download brand and the specifications of the VWW in which they
started, will be able to enter into the Utherverse. You will always be able to connect and send
traffic into the Utherverse (VWW), but you will only receive traffic if you have an upgraded
account or have purchased “Population Capacity” blocks or tickets from us.
Your Virtual World will only be able to accept traffic from the Utherverse (VWW) if you pay the
monthly connection fee which is also your population cap. Hence, you can build the largest
virtual world ever but will be unable to show anyone unless you increase your population
capacity.
Population Capacity
A basic user will be able to create a virtual world, but with a population capacity of 1 person at a
time. Coming soon, WorldMasters may be able to purchase temporary tickets (cover charge) in
Rays which can temporarily increase the population capacity of the virtual world. This is so that
they are able to showcase their world or allow a Prop Editor or Zaby Designer within the space.

Signup Process, Account Creation and Customizable
Download
Placeholder (Default) so graphics are not needed upon signup to automatically create your own
virtual world. We will provide “default images” until you upload your own.
When signing up for a virtual world or to be part of the VWW, you will be required to create an
Utherverse account that will allow access across the network in the same manner that your
account works across the network now. This will give you a user account and VWW account all
at the same time.
You will only be allowed to create your own VWW and will not be able to come in under an
existing VWW for the initial launch. Eventually, this will be possible through sub-leasing and will
be explained in the signup process.
You will then be presented with a catalogue page that lists various template regions that you
can purchase on a monthly basis. There will be some free templates, but they will be relatively
simple.
This would also give the VWW an accessible point to initialize an account on a 2D webpage
such as the social center.
Branded Social Center - (COMING SOON)
Revenue sharing and advertising spots on VWW branded social centers will be at a revenue
split of 50% or 50% of the spots in rotation will be controlled by Utherverse.
Building Blocks and Attaching Regions
A catalog format will be shown, starting with around 50 region templates. Six will be basic and
free based as others can be stacked and built.
Free Basic Versions are Park, Street, Club, Theater, Office, and Store.
Vacant vs. Mapped
You will also be required to attach regions through door scripts provided in a tutorial on their
Business/VWW Profile Page.
Later on, we will use a marketplace or some type of system to allow users to create and add
maps into the system but this will likely be a feature for the third version of the client. We will
also be adding regions into the download as updates that are available for purchase.
Regions will be usable on a monthly timeline and regions that are cancelled will default to the
home VWW transport center.
Once again, all users that come into the VWW will originally land in the Utherverse Universal
Welcome Center the first time that they log in. When a user leaves the welcome center, they will
land in the Transport Center of the Brand that they downloaded. Every subsequent time that
they login, they will enter into that Transport Center.
This system is designed using something similar to a “lock box”, in the same manner that Zaby’s
are used now where Rays are used and stored for purchases of specific regions.
The idea here is that a WorldMaster will be able to add and build their own custom virtual world
at their own pace and to the size that they need as they expand using traditional web
techniques.
• A good example would be an Amphitheater template could be 50 a month, plus a street
region for 75 and a store region for 100 Rays per month. This will be accrued billing in
the same manner that your phone bill is formatted and purchases will be available in
monthly increments.
Please always keep in mind that we will always display on your account page (accessible from
the social center business/VWW homepage) the current costs in Rays. If you don’t have Rays,
you would be taken to the marketplace to purchase them to pay your account.
If you have created your own VWW, you will be prompted to upload template graphics so that
we can create a custom installer package for you to promote with. (Same manner that VV and
RLC use the same installer but different brands are located on your desktop)
Purchasing Doors/Props
A WorldMaster will be able to place a door within their VWW. Using a script in the prop editor,
they can make the door purchasable.
The parameters can be set for the amount and time the door can be purchased for when setting
it up. This means another WorldMaster could come into the region and right click the door and
this would send a purchase request for the original WorldMaster to approve or deny in their
VWW social center homepage.
Utherverse will receive a percentage from this transaction.
Hosting
We currently provide all hosting for the VWW virtual worlds so a WorldMaster doesn’t have to
worry about actual bandwidth.
We also supply hosting for (shared) social center advertising and the distributed download.
All other images or content used by a WorldMaster must be hosted independently as we do not
provide space for hosting this content. Users must link to their own hosted content in their
VWW.
VWW World Operations (WorldMasters)
General Utherverse Terms of Service
Rules of Conduct (Specific VWW Rules) Example: No sex, No flying, Only
Men etc.
*Rules of Conduct within these VWW’s must not overrule or violate the Utherverse Terms of
Service
It will be the responsibility of each WorldMaster to create and maintain a “Rules of Conduct”
within their virtual world that they are responsible for enforcing.
A WorldMaster will have a text field in their VWW social center page that they can use for their
“Rules of Conduct” This will be posted into their Transport Center for users to see.
Each WorldMaster will be required to moderate their virtual world. They will be allowed to kick,
temporary suspend or permanently ban a user from their VWW. This will not prohibit or ban that
user from accessing the rest of the VWW of Utherverse. However, if the user has directly
violated our “Terms of Service”, they MUST report this to Utherverse World Operations through
email
vwwoperations@utherverse.com.
When an incident is reported, that is when our World Operations team will investigate and act
accordingly. All Utherverse staff, developers and moderators will be allowed access to all VWW
worlds.
It will be the responsibility of each WorldMaster to manage the VWW in regards to kicking and
banning users at their discretion and dealing with disputes that arise from this. World Operations
will only deal with ban requests from WorldMasters that result from direct violations of
Utherverse Terms of Service.
When a user enters a 3rd party VWW region, they will be prompted by a notice (webpage) or
internal pop up notifying them of that VWW world’s Rules of Conduct.
Statistics /Traffic Movement
WorldMasters will be given tools to use so that can restrict population capacities within region,
change transport pods and create door links within their world. These are the same tools that
current Utherverse Business Licensees have and use.
This becomes handy if a WorldMaster is throwing a special event that they want to funnel traffic
towards or a special promotion on items for sale.
This also allows them to form “link trades” with other VWW creators and with the Utherverse. It
will allow creators to buy traffic (users) and manage them accordingly.
Traffic movement statistics will show the most popular regions, the most clicked posters and
other information such as average time spent in world, male/female.
Affiliate Program
Either one time $35 per VIP Sale Payout or a $50% Recurring revenue share each month that
person remains a VIP member. They need to decide this when they sign up for an affiliate
account.
A WorldMaster must also sign up for affiliate program to earn money or they will not get credit
for users who upgrade within the Utherverse. This is a separate signup that needs to happen
once they become a VWW WorldMaster.
If a user, who they brought in, upgrades to VIP anywhere within the VWW or Utherverse, the
referring affiliate will get credit.
• Example: VWW Affiliate A brings in a new member named Bob. Bob travels around for a
few days in-world but end up in Affiliate B’s VWW world. If Bob upgrades to VIP from
Affiliate B’s world, Affiliate A still gets credit for this upgrade.
